These Nicoplast Brown Nicot Cell Cups (clear cell cups) serve as replacements for queen rearing using hair-roller cages and the Nicot Queen Rearing System. They are designed to fit into a queen rearing cassette, serving as a spot for the queen bee to lay her eggs. You can reuse these cups after the bees have cleaned and polished them; however, it’s important to note that reusing them too much may result in reduced effectiveness & may reduce acceptance.

Why use the Nicoplast Brown Nicot Cell Cups for queen rearing?

The nicot system of queen rearing is great because it is easy for beginners to use and its a no grafting way of queen rearing. This system can potentially make over 100 queen cells. You just place the nicot box into a frame securing it with a couple nails. Let the bees clean it for a couple days prior to putting the queen into the box. Within 24 hours to 4 days the queen will lay eggs in there. Once you have eggs just release the queen. next pick your best eggs preferably only one day old.  Take your queen rearing frame and install the receiver pieces into12.00 x 7.00 x 3.00 cm the frame with nails. Take the cream colored piece press down on the cell cup gently and as you ake it up you have the queen cell cup with the egg into it an you place this on the queen rearing frame bars then let th bees do the rest. You do need a cell builder of bees so that the girls make queen cells.
