Medium Frames With Cut Comb Strips

Want to try and make comb honey? We can do custom order with medium frame (no wax foundation) with starter strips of one inch of cut comb the finest foundation available and we cement it into the frame with beeswax. You can also hold it in place with pins. After that just put in your super and let the bees do all the work.  It has happened that the bees do the comb the opposite way length wise and that is just not good. For this reason we recommend doing every other frame so one normal for honey and one for cut comb. Using the starter strips sometimes prevent this.

This is for pickup only due to the fragile nature of the cut comb strips. However, you may purchase the medium frames (with no foundation) and buy the cut comb and cut the strips into 1 inch strips and I have found adding some melted beeswax works great in holding it in place you can also use pins.
