We will go over bee anatomy & health, essential beekeeping tools you need, show you how to put a hive together and the essentials you need to know to take care of honey bees.

We will also take you to a hive and you can watch a hive inspection. Highly recommend you obtain a beekeeping suit, jacket, gloves and at the very least a hat with veil. It is always a possibility that you could get stung. Also, if you are not sure if are allergic to sting bites we recommend you get a epi pen.
